Double and triple rooms:

continental breakfast with own farm produce (milk, eggs, fresh farmer’s bread etc.)

Bread roll service

We would be pleased to deliver your fresh breakfast rolls and bread on request. Please let us know your requirements the day before.

Baby facilities

We provide a cot and highchair for our younger guests.

Ski room with ski boot dryer

Heated ski room with ski boot dryer available.

Parking

Plenty of free parking available in front of the house.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on our farm.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking house. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes outdoors. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Arrival & departure

Rooms and apartments are available from 2.00 pm. On day of departure the accommodation should be vacated by 10.00 am. By arrangement rooms and apartments can be made available earlier. A later departure is also possible on request.

Short stay supplement

For stays of less than 3 nights we charge a short stay supplement of € 3,00 per person / per night.

Single room surcharge

For double rooms for single use we charge a supplement of € 6,00 per day.

Local taxes

Local taxes of € 1,90 per person / per night are included in the price.

Conditions of payment

To confirm your booking we require a deposit to be transferred to our bank account. The remainder should be paid on the evening prior to departure in cash.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations can only be made in writing. Up to 3 months prior to arrival no cancellation charges will be made, up to 1 month prior to arrival 40% of booking will be charged. For cancellations made within 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival 70% and in the last week 90% will be charged. Austrian Hotel Regualtions apply.

Travel insurance

A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure cancellation charges will be incurred. Anything can happen (illness, accident…). Therefore we recommend you take out travel insurance.
